No Mask -No Service

  • Starting June 4, 2020 only one client will be allowed in the salon at a time per social distancing guidelines.  All clients must come alone, if you arrive with a guest or arrive early you (or your guest) will not be allowed to enter Salon Lofts or EyeSeeBeauty, LLC.

  • All clients MUST wear a face covering to enter Salon Lofts. 

  • Prior to entry your temperature will be taken.  If your temperature is above 99.4 degrees farenheit you will not be allowed entry and you will need to reschedule your apointment. 

    • CANCELLATION & LATE CLIENT POLICY

  • All bookings now require a deposit starting at $45 at the time of the booking.  You will receive this via invoice. All deposits will be applied to your service. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please do so with 48 hours (2 day) advance notice.

  • All late clients will be subject to a $15 fee per 15 minutes late which will be added to your service at the time of checkout.  Anyone more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their deposit and will need to reschedule their service *at the discretion of the stylist.*

  • This policy will be strictly enforced as salon cleaning procedures have changed due to the current public health crisis (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html ; https://coronavirus.illinois.gov/s/)

  • ALL color clients MUST book a consultation 24-48 hours before their service to conduct a patch test.  The patch test is to ensure there will be no irritation to the skin prior to coloring.

Covid-19 has impacted additional changes to our service charges going forward.  EyeSeeBeauty, LLC has always practices good sanitation and will continue to do so going forward.

  • Fresh robes will be washed and sanitized after each client.

  • The stylist will change gloves after each client and thoroughly sanitize the dryer chair, styling chair, shampoo chair and bowl.  We will also sanitize all hair tools before and after each client as was done previously.

When booking, please include a description of whether or not you will need additional time for your service. For example: If you are an existing client and have damaged hair, please include a note when booking that you may need an additional 30 – 55 minutes and I will add that to your booking.  This is especially important because not doing this will affect the clients that come after you, if you need a service that you have not booked there will be an additional charge.  If you need an additional 29 minutes that will result in a 20% increase to your total at checkout.  An additional increase of 40% will be added to your total for over 30 minutes.  These increases should not exceed one hour past the original booking time.
